Pilates equipmentMany people think that Pilates is only done on a mat like yoga. Or, you may have heard of the Pilates reformer…the most commonly used Pilates apparatus.
But Joseph Pilates designed many pieces of equipment that were used to address particular issues & needs & to ensure continuous variety in the exercises. We teach mat classes. And we teach reformer but not in a large group format. We believe that each exercise should be chosen for each client individually. This way we ensure that the class is designed for you, that you are receiving the attention that you need and deserve and the risk of you doing something that will cause injury or pain is minimised.
