Robyn RixRobyn has always loved being fit and active. She initially worked in the corporate world but doing Pilates at her local gym piqued her interest in embarking on a new career direction.
She completed her Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction and is also a graduate of Lolita San Miguel's Pilates Master Mentoring Program & is an accredited trainer for Lolita's Legacy Teacher Training Program. She is an accredited instructor for Garuda Apparatus, Mat & Barre & is the editor of the Garuda training manuals. Currently, she is the President of the Pilates Association Australia, now the only association solely representing & setting standards for professional Pilates instructors in Australia. She is also responsible for the Pilates Science website which curates Pilates research, a project borne from involvement in the Natural Therapies Review currently being conducted by the Federal Government. Robyn opened her first studio in 2010 in Cammeray, moving to North Sydney in 2016. |
Kellee BlameyKellee is passionate about helping people reach their optimal health through the wealth of exercise and movement techniques she has explored. Kellee started working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, focusing on weight loss using strength and conditioning. Later, she qualified to teach Mat Pilates, Pump and Cycle, teaching up to 25 classes a week in clubs throughout Sydney. Soon after, she completed chi-ball training, which is a fusion of Chinese medicine, Yoga, Pilates and Feldenkrais. She is also qualified to teach Booty Barre. Currently she is studying myofascial release techniques.
