We have reorganised.
We are excited to be back working almost as normal after the disruptions over the past few years. We have set up two separate studio rooms & one mat room.

The mat room will be capped at a maximum of six clients to ensure the required safe spacing.

Each instructor will be in their own separate studio space/room which means we will be keeping contact to people outside your group to a minimum. We have removed any fabric or material that cannot be easily cleaned. We will be cleaning with Zoono surface cleaner after each class. This special cleaning liquid protects by creating a barrier against covid for up to 30 days.

Masks will be worn at all times by our instructors.

We have a couple of Zoom classes continuing for those people who are not yet ready to return to face to face classes.
